Jack Arentz (Hii Spirits, Kult Kyss) is a prolific songwriter, producer and mix engineer.

Recent years have seen him collaborating with artists such as Golden Features and The Presets, while lending his services as a songwriter, mix engineer and producer to acts such as Pnau, Mild Minds, Rromarin and Djanaba.

New project Hii Spirits carries all of Jack’s experience inside the studio walls, with debut single 'Reminds Me Of You' accruing over 1 million streams in two months. Subsequent releases have seen the project go from strength to strength, with a fast-growing audience across DSPs and releases on various international labels.

With studio credits including releases for Ivy League, Warner, Sony, Counter Records, Remote Control, Sweat It Out, TMRW Music, Selected, Etcetc, Broke and more, Jack’s work has also received rotation on triple j, been shortlisted twice as a finalist in the Vanda and Young songwriting competition, and nominated for an AIR award.

No stranger to the stage, recent years have seen him perform live with Kult Kyss supporting the Presets, showcasing at BIGSOUND, performing on ABC TV’s show ‘The Set’, as well as EMC Live and Sidney Myer Music Bowl. He has also performed at festivals such as Listen Out, Beyond The Valley, Paradise, NYE on the Hill, Gaytimes and Meadow.

With his work extending to film and TV, Jack recently created the original theme music and motifs for ABC TV's show 'Art Works'.
